Shipping to Toronto
We offer FREE pickup at our 369 Sorauren Ave studio or at our Shop-in-Shop Partner, TOKKI at 1570 Dupont (Please leave us a note at checkout and select studio pickup).
Shipping within Ontario and Quebec
We offer FREE tracked shipping for orders of $100 (CAD), or more before tax. If under, shipping is $11.99 (CAD)
Shipping within Canada(AB, MB,SK,BC,NB,NS,PEI)
We offer FREE tracked shipping within Canada (AB, MB,SK,BC,NB,NS,PEI) for orders of $150 (CAD), or more before taxes, and taxes are charged based on your provincial tax rate. If under, shipping is $18.99 (CAD)
Shipping to Northern Canada(NL,NU,NT,YT)
We offer FREE tracked shipping within the rest of Canada (NL,NU,NT,YT) for orders of $200 (CAD), or more before taxes, and taxes are charged based on your provincial tax rate. If under $200, shipping is only $29.99 (CAD)
Shipping to the USA
We offer shipping with prepaid duty on all US orders for a flat rate of $24.99 (USD). Our rates to the US are better than ever. :)

We'd be happy to ship to you wherever you are! Just reach out to us with your list and address and we'll prepare an invoice for you.
General Shipping for All Orders
We will ship with Canada Post, UPS, and various Couriers (ITS, GLS, CANPAR, LBLH) to ship to you as quickly and inexpensively as possible.
For orders shipping in Toronto, local couriers will deliver.
Lightbulb Lighthouse covers a significant portion of each shipping charge at no cost to you. While shipping may appear on your invoice, the amount is subsidized by us. *In the rare case that shipping costs for an order are substantially higher due to special heavy or large items, we’ll issue a separate invoice for the difference.
We have no control over whether or not your package is delayed in your country’s customs office. By placing an order with us, you accept the risk that your package may be delayed during shipment for these reasons.
Please note all shipping fees incurred when sending the order out are non-refundable and return shipping is done at the customer's expense. We're happy to help provide a shipping/return label at a great rate.
Refused shipments and shipments not picked up at shipping depots are considered returns and are subject to return shipping charges.
* In-stock items usually ship from Toronto, Canada, within 2–3 business days of your order. These items won’t have any additional lead time listed in the product description. Please allow 3–6 business days for transit time within Canada.
For international orders, please be mindful that shipping may take 7–14+ days, as there can be additional time needed for customs clearance, duties processing, or other border-related checks.

*Please note: the holiday season and peak periods may add extra days to both processing and delivery times.
Special Order Items
Special Order items will ship within the quoted lead time. Special Order items will have a lead time outlined in the product description. Lead times are estimates only, as provided by our suppliers. Please allow up to an additional 10 business days for transit time by the carrier to your shipping address.
A tracking number will be provided with your shipping confirmation. Lightbulb Lighthouse is not responsible for manufacturer delays or carrier-related shipping delays.
Once a package is shipped, we have no control over how long it will take to arrive.
Change of Address
If in the instance, a customer would like a package shipped to an address other than the one registered to the credit card it is possible that these details will need to be verified for security purposes, otherwise we reserve the right to only ship to the billing address. If the order has already been shipped and in the mail stream, the address cannot be changed and will have to wait to be RTS (returned to sender), at which time the customer will be contacted and issued a re-shipping fee.
Lost or Damaged Items
You understand and agree that Lightbulb Lighthouse shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages done by any of the services we provide. Any damage caused from shipping is to be taken up by you with the shipping company (*we’ll ensure everything is securely packed to protect against any damage during shipping)
Lightbulb Lighthouse will provide you with the tracking number and contact information for the shipping company as needed. Once this information is provided to you, it is your responsibility as the customer to contact and deal with the shipping company. Please note that international orders are shipped via regular airmail and may not come with a tracking number. We do not assume any responsibility for lost packages.
